Pho Soup Made Easy
Prep time 10 minutes
- 2 squares of Brown Rice Noodles
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
Seasoning for Broth:
- 1 tablespoon Organic Star Anise
- 1 tablespoon Organic Saigon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Ginger
Garnishes:
- Chili oil
- Coco Aminos or Hoisin Sauce
- Siracha
- 1 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1 Jalapeno or shisedo peppers sliced
- 1 bunch of Green onions sliced
- 1 teaspoons of chili flakes
- 1 lime sliced in 4 quarters
- Salt to taste
- Meat options: Thinly slices beef or cubed fish or thinly sliced chicken breast
- ½ cup Portobella mushrooms sliced vegetarian option
- 1 bunch of broccoli washed and separated
- 1 handfull of organic green beans snapped
- 1 lime sliced in 4 quarters
Cooking time 5 minutes
- Step 1: boil broth and spices in a sauce pan
- Step 2: Add meat or mushrooms & noodles along with broccoli, green beans Heat 1 minute until noodles are tender . Add garnishes and serve immediately
