Final Project Grant Package

After much deliberation and discussion, the Community Steering Committee (CSC) chose a final package to submit for the $70 million grant application. The final package was based on a fifth alternative created by 16 residents of Southwest Fresno, who then sought and gained support from Chinatown, Downtown Fresno leaders, and the Mayor. The details of the fifth and final package are listed below:

After mandatory changes made by the Strategic Growth Council, the final Master Grant Agreement award of $66.5 million was signed by all parties April 3, 2019.  Below is the list of projects and partners:
